Marinated Beef Kebabs with Carrot & Ginger Salad

Ingredients:
200gms Scotch Fillet
1 Fresh Chilli
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Knob of Ginger
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
12 Kebab Sticks
2 Medium Carrots
½ Small Red Onion
1 Red Tomato
2 Small Sprigs of Fresh Mint
2 Tbsp Jonathan's Spices Thai Lime Chilli Sauce

A delicious marinated beef kebabs dish
Ingredients:
200gms Scotch Fillet
1 Fresh Chilli
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Knob of Ginger
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
12 Kebab Sticks
2 Medium Carrots
½ Small Red Onion
1 Red Tomato
2 Small Sprigs of Fresh Mint
2 Tbsp Jonathan's Spices Thai Lime Chilli Sauce

Method:
Cut scotch into bite size cubes, place in bowl and add finely chopped chilli, ginger, garlic and soya sauce, then marinate for 20 minutes. Skewer 3 pieces of beef onto each stick. Cook to medium rare. To make salad finely slice carrot then add finely chopped ginger (1tsp), red onion, tomato and fresh mint. Mix together.

To Serve:
Plate up 3 kebabs per plate, small handful of salad accompanied with dipping sauce.

Chat:
Fantastic fresh vibrant dish you can either serve on a platter or as an individual dish. Reminds me of being in Thailand.
